Call for Demos
BiDS25 will feature live demos as an additional conference element next to the main plenary and poster sessions and the satellite events. BiDS demos provide an opportunity to showcase technology developments as interactive live demonstrations. BiDS demos might comprise showcases of toolboxes, software libraries, web applications, cloud-based platforms, visualisation tools, etc. Moreover, live demos at BiDS25 should have relevance to the conference overall focus and themes.

Live demos at BiDS25 will take place during the break times as well as before and after the main scientific sessions. Each demo time slot is 20 minutes and demos will take place from Wed 01 October to Friday 03 October.
Submitted demo proposals will be reviewed by a BiDS review panel. Key evaluation criteria are: (1) relevance to BiDS overall, (2) relevance to BiDS25 themes; (3) suitability of proposed demo content. Any project updates or PowerPoint based presentation are explicitly discouraged.
